With her relentless commitment to the community, Siu regularly attends charity events, sponsors public schools and organizations, and participates in community events around the county.

Siu is mostly inspired by her three kids and her families and friends whom she named her specialty sushi rolls after. She brings the same passion for food and community engagement to the Silver Spring community.
